Velociraptor's performance in trading is unsurprisingly horrible. Its demand is terribly low and it simply cannot pull any other 1.5M item whatsoever, and even struggles to pull Blackbeard despite being on the same demand tier. This vehicle's value is simply too high for what it is, and is only able to get 1.25M items, hence the drop to 1.25M. It's most common offers include: Gold, Pixel, Striker or x2 Velociraptor for Samurai/Stormrider.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
