The Prehistoric is obtainable from the Tier 1 Safe (costing 5k per safe) with a 30% chance of dropping.
Prehistoric was lowered from an ultra rare, to a rare item, making it a lot more common to get in comparison to what it was before. To keep it similar to the other rare item, it's value is being changed to 15K (the same as Moycc).
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
