Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Kraken Attack's current MU count is at ~141, which is similar to most other rare items (such as RedS3 or Live2020), and even lower than some rare items (such as Star Wing which is at ~208), despite Kraken Attack being at uncommon.
