The TRX-3 was obtainable in Season 32: "Street Racers" by reaching level 9.
TRX-3 being the L9 reward from the newest season, it has been doing pretty alright. It's most similar to other newer L9 items (such as Stinger Scythe), or other 500K cosmetics (such as EXP-1 or Overdrive). It isn't looked for all that much, and is similar to other minimal demanded cosmetics.
