The Star Badge was obtainable by reaching level 10 on the police team in OG Season 1. Alongside that you needed to buy it for 10k cash.
Star Badge has 5.6K copies and with an mu of only 85, makes it very rare to spot. However, another reason for its rarity is it’s currently 75% hoarded. A similar rim with less hoarded circulation is wagonwheel with 46% hoarded circulation while only having slightly higher mu and copies. Another good comparison is Storm rims being hoarded whilst having 15k copies and 65% of the circulation hoarded. There is therefore no reason why this shouldn’t have the hoarded tag.
