The Piggy Rim was previously obtained by getting killed by Piggy in the sewers between May 3rd 2020 - February 6th 2021, after which it became limited.

Piggy has a total mu of 1.5K which is below other cosmetics placed at common like Tesla or Chilling , this rim was available in 2020-2021, although this rim is quite common it is simply not as common as other items placed at very common like Voxel or Reaper which have double its mu , even if we put mu aside this rim is just not "very common" either and deserves to be at common.
