Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
Monster Void, being the newest rim from the Tier 5 safe, being of ultra rare rarity with only a 30% chance of dropping, making it slightly easier to get than the items at epic (like Cassette or Super Attack). It can easily be exchanged for other 150K items such as FalconS or a low value limited item like R2008, Yarg Cap or Reaper.
