The Money rim was previously available in the Tier 1 safe (which costed 6k per safe), however it's been retired and now it became a limited.
This change is to mostly fix an inconsistency with other low valued retired items (namely Flower and Bamboo). While this rim isn't traded for, it isn't really worse than Flower or Bamboo, as they are all mostly used as balancing trash.
