7Billion rim recently became a limited, therefore its value should be increased since its no longer buyable. While it usually isn't traded for, its similar to the other 50K limited items such as Speed or Classic Var 1/Var 3, and isn't worse than them therefore it should be 50K alongside those.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
