The Moycc is obtainable from the Tier 1 Safe (costing 5k per safe) with a 30% chance of dropping.
Moycc, unlike the ultra rare items, is a lot easier to get, having a 15% droprate. This makes it quite useless in comparison, and quite common too. However since it's slightly rarer than the common items, it should be a bit more as a result.
Supply is widely distributed — no single holder owns enough to register as a hoarder.
